Under no circumstances will this Cat/kitten ever be sold, leased, or given to any pet store, research labratory or simliar facility.
If the purchaser decides for any reason, not to keep said cat/kitten, it will be returned to the seller and the purchaser will receive no cash refund. The cat/kitten will become the property of the seller. If the purchaser wants to give the cat/kitten to someone else, the seller MUST approve the new owner and the new owner must sign a simliar agreement.
Adequate INDOOR sanitary housing will be provided for this cat/kitten at all times, and the cat/kitten WILL NOT be allowed to roam outdoors freely.
Purchaser agrees to NEVER have this cat/kitten declawed.
If at any time this cat/kitten is found to be neglected, abused, or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, purchaser will surrender said cat/kitten to the seller unconditionally with no refund of purchase price, fees or reimursement for costs incurred while the cat/kitten was in purchaser's possession. Purchaser is responsible for all and any legal fees and costs incurred in the enforcement of this contract.

It is mutually understood that failure to comply with ANY provisions of this contract may detrimentally affect the reputation of the breeder and FurryPurrs Cattery. Therefore breach of contract penalty is $750.00 per item. In addition, the purchaser shall be liable for any court costs and related charges including lawyers fees associated with the seller enforcing the terms of this contract. Any legal action that may arise under the terms of this contract, will be brought in the country/city of the seller's residence.
Health guarantee:
The breeder warrants that this cat/kitten is healthy at the time he/she leaves FurryPurrs Cattery.
The purchaser has three business days to have the cat/kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice. If this kitten/cat is found by the veterinarian to be unfit for purchase due to illness or presence of contagious or infectious disease the purchaser may return the kitten/cat for a full refund. Licensed veterinarian proof must be presented before a refund is offered.
If within one year a veterinarian certifies the existence of a hereditary/congenital (non contagious) disease, the purchaser may return said kitten/cat for a similar kitten of equal value when one becomes available; or may at the purchaser's option, keep the original kitten and receive another similar kitten when one becomes available. Licensed veterinarian proof must be presented before another kitten is offered.
The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the purchaser.
I have read and understand all the terms included in this contract. I accept this contract in it's entirerty and agree to abide by the terms thereof.
